In Orlando, urgent care centers are busiest on weekends and evenings when doctors' offices are closed, and most post their wait times online. Across Florida, primary care practices often have a waitlist for new patients, so establishing care before you need it saves time. For a dental emergency outside office hours, an urgent care center can prescribe antibiotics and pain relief but cannot fix the tooth; a hospital emergency room can treat swelling that affects breathing or swallowing. It took them over an hour to verify my insurance making me late for another appointment I had. Then refused to see me when I could make it back to the office. Thanks for wasting my entire morning.

This location is probably the worst community aids network there is , the HIV Doctor is okay , but they really need to replace the girl who works at the front desk , and the primary care provider, and get a real doctor for primary Care what a joke , I would avoid this place, unless you're homeless and have no insurance, I gave them a chance for 2 months, and I been going to CAN since the beginning , Susan Terry would be very disappointed at her legacy, just a lot of confusion and subpar care ! But if you're broke and homeless head there you'll get more benefits than someone with insurance and Forget about trying to call, you'll get someone to answer about 40% of the time, so maybe someone will read this there and cancel the rest of my appointments id tried calling 4 times, I'm going somewhere different

I just located to Orlando from South Carolina and needed a place to continue with my care. CAN made me feel so welcome and made sure I was taken care of and understood the whole process. I would welcome anyone to come in connection with this facility.

From start to finish my experience was great! The front desk team always makes me smile😊. They are warm and inviting. They also make sure I’m on point with all of my medical needs and appointments. The nursing team handles my needs with care and concern. They listen to me and make me feel like my concerns are their concerns. I love the Orlando team!!!!!

I been with CAN Community since day one of my journey. They have been more than welcoming and warming to me. I love how the staff treats me like family and show how concerned they are when it comes to my health. I have recommended this clinic to anyone that needs/needed the service and they have felt the same. CAN Community is a great choice to choose in receiving care.
